Buy Orlando Florida Property

Our family has been going to the Kissimmee every year since 2001 my love for Disney is shared by my children and grandchildren we thought of buying a home near Disney for years, since I retired early my wife Donna said lets do it ! I found a home on Realtor.com I called the listing agent Jane Dowle. When we arrived in Florida the search began, Jane must of arranged 15 homes for us to see, the first showing she came with her husband Mark so we got two realtors both professional and each had their own expertise which was a great help. Mark and Jane spent two days with us the first trip down we did put an offer on one home but didn’t get it. They kept us updated on homes while we were back in Pa. Mark even went to look at some homes and did face time with us so we could tour the house. Our second trip to Florida Jane again arranged multiple showing, no matter how particular we were they never got discouraged it was always, don’t worry we will find the perfect house. And they did, after the second day of looking Jane found a home in Terra Verde, the first day on the market, it was the one, we loved it ! Jane negotiated for us, and they accepted, Mark helped us find inspectors ,roofers, pool people, all while Jane kept the closing on track. I really don’t know if it would of happened if not for Mark and Jane, I know its your job, but you made it a great experience!!! We couldn’t of ask for anything more.

Buying a villa in Florida has always been a dream of ours but Mark and Jane helped that dream become real. After viewing only a handful of properties with Mark and Jane, they quickly established what were looking for and with their skill enabled us to narrow our search to find our dream home. Mark and Jane have been there every step of the way through the buying process helping us understand the American way of property purchase. We are now the proud owners of a Floridian villa and the dedication and support hasn't stopped there. Mark and Jane are always at the other end of an email and for that we are very grateful!

I am writing to thank Jane for her endless help, support and patience during the process of her selling our townhouse for us. The house was sold at the end of May 2015. Jane kept us informed at every step of the way, from numerous viewings to the actual sale, explaining every detail to us. As we have never before sold a house, we were unsure of the procedures. As we live in the UK, we did not need to worry as Jane had everything arranged and in order for from start to finish, including dealing with the buyers, putting us in touch with the legal side of the process and also with company's to transfer our funds back to the UK. Jane is extremely friendly and supportive, whilst is very professional, with the great ability of allaying any worries, making us feel relaxed knowing that all was in her safe hands!!!! We had been looking for a holiday home for a very long time both here and in Croatia, a chance meeting with Mark and Jane Dowle over coffee gave us the confidence and support we needed to find somewhere.

Although not really intending to look during our vacation last Christmas (2015) Mark and Jane sent us a couple of links for properties in the Davenport area which ticked all our boxes. Following a single viewing of both properties we had found our dream home.

Mark and Jane were in contact with us throughout the buying process both in an advisory capacity and actually on hand to resolve any issues which could not be resolved by us over the phone.

We would not be enjoying our perfect home from home without Mark and Jane's invaluable expertise and very valued support; we would endorse and promote their services.

We have had the pleasure of Mark and Jane helping us achieve what has been a dream for many years. Having been selected to appear on ‘A Place in the Sun’ Channel 4 had asked JC Penny Realtors to sort out properties for us whilst we filmed ‘A Place in the Sun’, they were given a very difficult short list of our requirements, needed to be a condo, there needed to be lift access, it needed to be gated and all within ten minutes of Disney! Even with these requirements they came up with some great, but not quite right properties. Once filming had finished Mark and Jane took over, and boy did they look after us.

They at no point tried to persuade us into anything, from properties to banks to tradesmen, they advised and let us call the shots; they answered any questions we had, no matter how daft it may have seemed.

We now like to consider them as friends, and would without doubt recommend them to anyone wanting a little piece of Orlando sun. We met Jane at the ‘A Place in the Sun’ exhibition in London during May 2016 where we were researching our long-held dream of buying a property in central Florida. Jane and her colleagues were welcoming, approachable and had an obvious depth of knowledge about the real estate market in that area which gave us a great deal of confidence.

Jane stayed in touch over the next few months, providing information and answering our questions by email and on the phone. She was always happy to answer enquiries and was engaged in our progress but was never pushy.

When we finally confirmed a date to look at properties, Jane sent us a long list that met our criteria and we shortlisted from there. From our first day of viewings it was as if we had known Jane forever – she was friendly, great company and so very helpful. We were comfortable in putting our complete trust in Jane from the very beginning. Having obviously listened carefully to our comments about the properties that we’d seen, Jane suggested a further three homes which were all exceptional; indeed we went on to purchase one of them.

Jane continued to provide solid support and advice through our decision-making process, she was tenacious in the negotiation stage and kept us fully informed after we’d had to return to the UK. The whole process was dealt with professionally, honestly and with such confidence that we were never in any doubt that we were getting the best advice and that our interests were being fully represented at all times. Jane really went above and beyond, she couldn’t have been more helpful or proactive and it goes without saying that we would absolutely recommend her, and JC Penny Realty, to anyone thinking of purchasing property in the Orlando area.
